HabitLoom turns your habits into a chain you can see, one square for every day. Tap once to tick off today and watch the chain grow. Your weeks, months, and whole year fill in on each habit’s card. Rest days let you take a break without losing your streak. Start free with three habits, with no account and no ads, and it works offline.
Don't break the chain.
HabitLoom is a calm habit tracker built around one idea: check off today, and watch the chain grow. Every habit gets its own week, month and year at a glance, so you always know how you are doing — and what it would take to keep going.
On the App Store for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
What it does
Your week at a glance — every habit, every day, one tap to check off.
A whole year in one view — each habit's year as a heatmap, and a month calendar you can walk back through.
Schedules that fit — every day, chosen weekdays, or a few times a week.
Streaks and goals — your current chain, your best, and a streak goal to aim for.
Four themes — two light, two dark — and 12 languages.
Made for iPad, Mac and Apple Watch too, each with a layout of its own.
Free, for up to three habits:
Widgets (iOS 17 and later) — home-screen widgets that check off today without opening the app, and lock-screen widgets that show how much of today is done. On the Mac (macOS 14 and later), desktop widgets do the same.
Reminders — up to three per habit, on the days you choose. On iOS 26.1 and later, once you allow alarms, they ring as alarms — even on silent; otherwise they arrive as notifications.
Daily notes — what went well, and what got in the way.
Custom categories and every cell shape.
Apple Watch (watchOS 26 and later) — today's habits on your wrist, one tap to check one off, and complications for your watch face.
With HabitLoom Pro: unlimited habits on every device, your watch included, and sync across your iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Private by design
HabitLoom works fully offline. There are no ads and no tracking, and your habits stay on your device unless you choose to sync them. You never need an account: signing in, with Apple or Google, is for sync, which is part of Pro, and lets Pro follow you to your other devices. The app does send usage statistics and crash reports, not linked to you and never containing your habits or notes — the Privacy Policy has the details.
Free, with an optional Pro
Track up to three habits free, with every feature but sync — for as long as you like. Pro is $1.99 a month or $9.99 a year, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, or $19.99 once for Lifetime. Those are US prices; they vary by country, and the app shows yours in your own currency before you buy.
If Pro ever ends, nothing is deleted: your first three habits stay fully usable, and the rest wait, locked, until you renew. Sync pauses until then too.
